The Lanesborough Club & Spa will open its doors to non-members for the first time in 2018 with a bespoke fitness package, and become the first in the UK to use ila’s Crystal Singing Bowls during treatments.

Stick to your resolutions and start the new year with a refreshed approach to health and wellness at The Lanesborough Club & Spa. Resident partner Bodyism’s body performance specialists will consider guests’ wellbeing needs and deliver a full day of motivation and empowerment. The ‘Leaner & Cleaner’ package includes a personal fitness and wellbeing consultation, followed by a tailored Bodyism personal training session with a Body Specialist.
Hard work will be rewarded with a detoxifying, energising 60-minute salt scrub using Himalayan salts with ‘miraculous’ healing properties and health benefits, a cleansing mud ritual in the private Rasul room and, finally, a 90-minute post-winter facial and body treatment. Once sufficiently invigorated, guests will enjoy a two-course Bodyism-certified ‘Clean and Lean’ spa lunch in the Club’s elegant restaurant. Unlimited use of the Spa’s thermal facilities and hydro-pool is also offered on the day.
SINGING CRYSTALS
In other news, the Club & Spa is the first in the UK to use ila’s Crystal Singing Bowls during treatments, incorporating sound vibration therapy to soothe the nervous system. Using sound healing during a treatment is a powerful technique in bringing harmony and balance to body and mind. ila at The Lanesborough Club & Spa uses Omega 432 crystal singing bowls and mantra music during treatments. The specific vibrations are produced by the singing voice and the crystal bowl which resonate with various parts of the body to bring about healing on many levels.
